SYTBN host, and Founder/CEO of HIS Will Works Ministries, Inc. is girl-dad Will Huff. Will’s devotion to helping others produced 30 year servant-leadership careers in ministry and business. Faith-driven, Will is ordained as both a Baptist and Pentecostal minister. And as a curious, life-long learner, Will earned a Bachelors in English, a Masters in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Jurisprudence.
My Marketplace Journey
Will has been a proven leader in providing strategic insights that enable large and complex
organizations to grow profitably. He’s data-driven in identifying and monetizing competitive
advantages in the healthcare marketplace for over 30 years.
Most recently, Will was an Enterprise Client Executive with a subsidiary of Cigna Health, where
he was a General Manager of a multi-million dollar book of businesses. As GM, Will accelerated
client value by leading long-term consultative strategy and overall client relationships.
Prior to joining Cigna, Will was Strategic Growth leader for two Amazon healthcare business
units: Amazon Care and then Amazon Web Services. Before that, he was Head of Market
Development for a joint venture between Sutter Health and Aetna that achieved 4x YoY growth
during his tenure.
Will led Market Strategy for two of Kaiser’s most prominent Service Areas, each with over
three-hundred thousand members. His team achieved growth and retention targets by
collaborating with physician and care delivery system leaders to reinforce their respective
service area market strategies.
Previous to Kaiser, Will had similar success in several leadership roles within UnitedHealth
Group. These included V.P. of Sales/Account Management at United Healthcare and separately
at Optum, V.P. of Business Development, Sr. Director of Customer Analytics for Optum.
